Important note about online proofing and ordering

I use a service called Printroom for online proofing, ordering, and printing. I have found their print quality equal to most "professional" color labs, and their pricing is extremely competitive. As the saying goes, I pass the savings on to you, my clients!

Until recently, I could honestly say I had never had a problem with an order...I had my first problem with Printroom recently. I requested a small number of prints to be sent to me overnight. After 7 days, I still did not have them.

After about 3 weeks, I finally got the prints. Printroom contacted, admitted their mistake, and offered me a full refund.

I understand they are going through a period of dramatic growth, so minor problems like this are to be expected. They made good, and gave me a refund. I have every confidence that their quality and service will continue to impress me and you.
